Measurements:

• 20 GA (0.8 mm) though compatible with our 16 or 18-gauge threadless labret posts
• Post measures at 1/4 inch (6mm) length, with a 4mm disc on back.  
• Smiley is approx. 5 x 5 mm in diameter.
• Refer to listing images to get an idea of the size of the stud on-ear. Check your own ear measurement before ordering.
